Due to some physical constraints, I sometimes solder at different heights. None of the fume extractor models fit the bill so I hacked these two together to put a Noctua 140mm fan plus charcoal filter on a microphone boom. Let’s me adjust the fan location and frees up valuable table space when it’s not in use.
The fan is held in place by 30mm M4 screws with nuts.
